TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with And Thats That Inc. you hereby agree to the following terms:

 

SHIPPING

All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground (approximately 5-7 business days most cities, not guaranteed). Book orders will be shipped via USPS Media Mail.

 We make every attempt to ship your package within 24 hours of receipt of payment, Monday - Friday. 

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you list a valid street address for their delivery. Items ordered together may possibly not ship together. We will make every effort to inform you of any back orders and provide an estimated ship date.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged we will assist in filing an insurance claim with UPS. We will not issue a refund or replacement until we receive payment from UPS.

If you would like USPS shipping, we will be happy to accommodate you, but in our experience it is a higher cost than UPS. Book orders will be shipped via USPS Book Rate.

 

SALES TAX

New Jersey residents will be subject to sales tax of 7.00%. This amount will be added to orders shipped to NJ residents only.

RETURNS
BOOKS & INFLATABLE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED. If you received the wrong product we will gladly take the necessary steps to correct your order. We do not accept returns for merchandise that is covered under the manufacturers warranty. All defective merchandise that is not covered under the manufacturers warranty may be returned within 7 days of invoice date and will incur a 15% restocking fee. After 7 days, all sales are final. Merchandise must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition, in original UNOPENED packaging including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc . For returns, please e-mail us at sales@andthatsthat.com to obtain a return authorization number. Returns must have this number on the outside of the package to be accepted. Please indicate in your e-mail if the return is an exchange or refund and include a copy of your invoice with the return. Please send your return via prepaid, insured mail. Sorry, no refunds or credits for shipping/handling charges. Shipping charges for exchanges will be billed to the customer. Credits will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

PREORDERS

Cancellations of preorders will be accepted only if timely, and we will not accept cancellations once we receive the new product and begin assigning items to preorders and begin the process. If your payment is not received 10 days prior to the release date of the preordered item we reserve the right to cancel your order.


PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share or sell customer information. Nor will you be added to any mailing list or newsletter.
